Not promote content that is illegal, hateful, adult, or deceptive

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.

2. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote Turmerry using:

Blog reviews

Social media posts

Email newsletters (permission-based only)

YouTube content

Comparison and review articles

Affiliates must NOT:

Misrepresent Turmerry products

Use false or exaggerated claims

Run paid ads bidding on Turmerry-branded keywords

Use unauthorized coupons or discount codes

Pretend to be Turmerry or represent the brand directly

Use cookie stuffing or any fraudulent technique

3. Commission Structure

Your commissions will follow the published program rates:

Standard commission

Bonus mattress commissions

Tiered volume commissions

Limited-time promotional rates

Commissions are earned only on:

Valid sales

That are not refunded or canceled

Generated through approved affiliate tracking links

We reserve the right to modify commission rates with notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are made through the affiliate platform (Refersion).

Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

Payments may be delayed for chargebacks or fraud checks.

Proper tax documentation (W-9/W-8BEN) is required.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use Turmerry trademarks in domain names, social media usernames, or ads

Operate or submit coupon or deal sites unless explicitly approved

Engage in phishing, spam, or forced redirects

Promote via fake reviews or AI-generated spam content

Purchase from their own affiliate link (“self-dealing”)

Violation may result in:

Commission reversal

Termination from the program

Legal action in severe cases

6. Intellectual Property

Turmerry grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved:

Logos

Images

Product descriptions

Marketing materials

Affiliates may not alter or misrepresent Turmerry branding.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Terminate affiliate accounts at any time

Deny commissions earned through prohibited behavior

Suspend accounts under investigation for fraud or violations

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time via written request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Turmerry is not responsible for:

Tracking failures due to browser settings or ad blockers

Loss of commissions due to incorrect affiliate setup

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Participation is at the affiliate’s own risk.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified through email or within Refersion.

Continued participation means acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
